Wait for 8171 SMS
First, you will get an official message from 8171 confirming that you are eligible.
Go to Nearest Partner Bank
Take your original CNIC and SIM card (it should be registered on your name).
Biometric Verification
At the bank, they will scan your thumbprint using NADRA system to check your identity.
Form Filling
Bank staff will fill your registration form using your NSER data.
